Great for elevator lighting. Aluminum egg crate in Mill/Chrome finish is 1/2" thick. Egg crate size is 1/2" x 1/2"  Cuts easily using a pair of Tin Snips. Available in white also. We also have aluminum egg crate that measures up to 47-3/4" x 47-3/4" and 29-3/4" wide x 59-3/4" long. These are custom orders. Please email your requests to sales@1800ceiling.com.

We use a 1060 H24 alloy. The aluminum does not contain any conflict minerals.

Great Laser Bed!

Ordered this to install on my cnc router for use with a 45 watt laser cutter/engraver. So far so good. I have made several cuts across the egg crate and it has proven to be very durable with only discoloration from the cut material above it. It is very thin. I would imagine a high powered laser would eventually degrade the egg crate and would require periodic replacement. 45 watts or less (Diode Laser), it should last a very long time. Also the shipment packaging was second to none. It arrived in perfect condition.
